(Part 1)
Where do preachers, elders, deacons, choir directors, musicians, and other church leaders come from? From our children – the future generation of the church. In this first part of a two part series we learn the importance of our involvement in the church in this most critical part of church growth. We learn that it doesn’t evolve overnight but that we must take an active role in making it happen. Here we take the most adventuresome and fearless Christians and make them into something they never dreamed of – Youth Coaches.

The conclusion of a 2 part training program to help these adventuresome and fearless (see above picture) Christians learn how to be a leader in the most critical role of church leadership – being a Youth Coach.
